If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item we offer replacements, exchanges, and 30 day item cost refunds plus one year manufacturer warranties.
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If by chance your item arrives damaged, contact us and we will assist with prompt pickup and replacement. Damages must be reported within 2 calendar days of receipt.
All items are brand new, professionally packed and ship 1-3 business days from receipt of payment from suppliers nationwide or from our warehouse in Richmond, VA. Shipping cost is determined by zip code and weight. Orders are processed same day as purchase and most ship within 1-2 business days. During the holidays there may be an additional 2-3 business day lead time.
In a hurry? Let us know! All items can be sent with upgraded shipping to UPS 3day, 2day or Overnight delivery. Shipping upgrades guarantee the number of days in transit once the item leaves our warehouse. Let us know your delivery deadline in the order notes so we can best assist you in meeting it. Note: In the event of delivery exceptions caused by weather delay UPS does not guarantee transit times.
Delivery Tracking is provided within 24-48 hours of shipment. You will receive an email of shipping notice and a link to view the tracking number documented in your registered account. If you used anonymous check out, please contact us and we will provide the tracking information to you by phone or email.
APO/FPO shipping is available on all items by special order. Most items require an additional 7-10 day lead time prior to shipment. All APO/FPO shipments are sent insured from our Richmond, VA warehouse and all sales are final. Free shipping does not apply to APO orders. Please select a paid shipping method at checkout. If you choose free shipping, the order will be held until we can reach you to get your payment information for the necessary freight charge.
International: We welcome international transactions. All items are available by special order for worldwide shipment from our Richmond, VA warehouse. Most items require an additional 7-10 day lead time prior to shipment. International shipments are sent by UPS. Shipping rates are calculated live from UPS.com and a $14.95 special order fee is added. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details regarding specific items and delivery cost. All international sales are sent insured and are final. NOTE: Our shipping charges do not include duties and taxes which vary by order and country and are collected by customs once the item reaches your country. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the shipment recipient.
No Sales Tax! Only orders shipped to VA are charged sales tax.
Easy 30 Day Returns:
Damages: In the event your item arrives damaged, pick up and replacement are processed promptly. Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. Damages must be reported within 2 calendar days of receipt. Pictures of the damaged item must also be provided and the item must be repacked in its original packaging. Contact us by phone or email and we will provide a return label to ship back the item.
Returns for reasons other than damage: Keep all original packaging and contact us for return authorization code and instructions within 30 days for exchange or item cost refund.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange what you purchased for a different item, contact us by phone or email for return instructions, ship the item back with all of the original packaging, insured, and while it's in transit, we will take care of the exchange for you. For items purchased with free shipping that are returned for exchange, initial shipping cost we paid to send item to you will be deducted from the cost difference in jewelry boxes.
Returns without exchange: Contact us for return authorization instructions and ship the item back to us in the original packaging, insured, for an item cost refund less a 10% restock fee. For items with free shipping that are returned for reasons other than damage or exchange, initial shipping costs are non refundable. The item cost refund is determined by deducting the initial shipping cost we paid to send it to you.
Important! Addresses and instructions for returns vary since some of our items ship manufacturer direct. Please follow the steps below for authorization and instruction before sending your item back.
Please note: Jewelry boxes by the brand Jewel Keepers are not returnable. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us upon receipt and provide a picture of the damage or defect. It will be promptly picked up and replaced.
Follow these steps for Easy Returns:
1. Email email@example.com or call to request a return authorization code and instructions. Note: Damages must be reported within 2 calendar days of receipt and pictures of the damaged item must be provided. Returns for other reason, contact us within 30 days of receipt.
2. Pack the item in the original container with all original packing materials plus enclose the return authorization code and return via UPS or Fed Ex insured to the address we provide you. Returns must be sent insured in case of damage in transit. Please Note: Unauthorized, poorly packed or non-insured packages will be refused/returned to sender. Items must be in new, unused condition and original product packaging is required for returns.

Returns are extended to January 5th for gifts purchased after Nov 15th for holiday gift giving.
1 Year Warranty:
Our jewelry box and specialty gift manufacturers warranty their products for 1 yr. from manufacturer defect and inferior workmanship. If during one year from the date of your purchase, it is found to be defective, please contact us with specific details about the problem and we will provide instructions for an exchange, repair or replacement by the manufacturer. Instructions vary by manufacturer, please do not send your item back without our instructions and return authorization approval code.
