Do you have free shipping? Yes - orders over $100 ship Free by ground freight to a US address.
When will my order arrive? All purchases are processed on the first business day. Most items ship within 1-3 business days, depending on the item. Warehouse locations are noted in each item. UPS and Fed Ex ground (free shipping) transit times range from 1-5 business days and vary by destination. Most orders arrive to your shipping address within 3-7 business days with Free (Ground) Shipping.
What if I'm in a Hurry? Upgrade to UPS 3 day, 2 day or Next Day air delivery to guarantee the number of days in transit once the item leaves our warehouse. Note: UPS does not guarantee delivery times in the event of weather delay.
Do you ship to International and APO/FPO locations? Yes - we welcome international orders. International and military APO/FPO shipments are considered special order and require a 7-10 business day lead time. Free shipping does not apply to international or APO/FPO shipments. All international and military orders are sent insured from our warehouse in WA. Duties and taxes vary by country and are not included in shipping rates.
Will there be sales tax? Only orders shipped to an address in WA are charged sales tax. (8.7%)
Do you have gift options? Yes, you may specify a gift recipient addresses and include a gift message free with all shipments. Gift wrap is available on select items. Prices are never shown on packing lists.
Do you price match? Yes - it is our mission to provide a safe shopping environment and the best service at lowest prices possible. If you find an exact brand new item from our selection offered at a price lower than ours, we will happily match the price you discovered. Please telephone us before purchasing with the item cost and location and upon verification we will personally process your purchase at a matching price. Do you accept returns? Yes - enjoy easy 30 day returns on all items in our store. If your item arrives damaged or defective we process a prompt pick up and replacement for you. Returns and exchanges for reasons other than defect or damage are accepted within 30 days of purchase (extended to January 5th for holiday gifts).
